The Sales Department has been steadily advancing its market expansion efforts both domestically and internationally. On the one hand, the team has embarked on business trips to Europe and Southeast Asia to engage in face-to-face discussions with clients, gain a deeper understanding of their pain points and needs, and provide customized solutions and services; on the other hand, the team successfully completed its participation in the Afera, WAC, and ASE China trade shows. 3. ERP Launch to Optimize Supply Chain

The IT Department has completed the go-live of the Binpeng Warehouse ERP system, and warehouse inbound and outbound operations have been decentralized from headquarters to the warehouse level for autonomous management. The “order-warehousing-shipping” workflow has been further streamlined, making the company’s supply chain system more comprehensive and significantly improving cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.

4. Holiday Care Brings People Together

The HR & Admin Department continues to strengthen team-building culture and convey the company’s care for its employees. With the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day approaching, the department coordinated a series of care initiatives: first, it organized team-building activities themed around the two holidays, allowing everyone to take a break from their busy schedules, gather, and interact – bringing people closer and deepening friendships amid laughter and joy. This gathering served not only as a chance to recharge but also to build momentum, inspiring the team’s drive and vitality.

Second, the department efficiently completed the distribution of Mid-Autumn Festival gifts. Each gift carried the Group’s blessings and care, allowing employees to feel the company’s warmth on the eve of the holidays, strengthening their sense of belonging and identity with the group, fostering a warm atmosphere, and uniting the team.
